Upcoming nutrition workshops for 2018
Workshop schedule: 40 minutes location: Oakley hall 122
- Upcoming workshops will be made to order for each team per coach’s request. We can anything from a quick team talk about sports nutrition, a hands-on workshop in our food lab, or even a guided grocery store tour. If you need it, we have it!
To schedule a 1 on 1 nutrition appointment
you will need to come prepared with:
- Access to name and password for a myfitnesspal.com (or for app) account with 3 full days of food records.
- Completion of a general nutrition workshop, or a previous completion of a 1 on 1 appointment with the dietitian, or confirmation ahead of the appointment from contacting Sports Nutrition
